By car:
Access to Lakonia is possible by car through the existing road network.
By bus:
Regular bus routes connect the capital of Lakonia with Thessaloniki, Athens, Kalamata, Patra, Tripoli and other cities of Peloponnese.

By ferry:
There is a coastal link from Gythio to Kithira - Antikithira - Crete and from Neapoli to Kithira.
Also there is a coastal link between Neapoli and Elafonisos, the ferry leaves every one hour every day.
