Peeking out from behind pine-covered hills and bushes
are beautiful chapels, golden sandy beaches and
the crystal clear water of Antiparos which is the
ideal spot for restful vacations, located only 10
minutes by ferry from Paros.
Antiparos or Kastro is the only village
on the island. The bougainvilleas and red geraniums
lining the cobblestone path leading from the port
to the Sifnaiko Gialo create an enchanting image
for the visitor. If you visit Antiparos, make sure
to visit the Kastro, a 15th-century fortress town,
and the massive Cave of Antiparos with the huge
human-like stalagmite at its entrance.
