You can reach Meganisi by car through Nydri. From there take the ferry.
There is regular public transportation that takes you to the areas of the island.
There are regular trips by ferry from Nydri to Meganisi (Spilia and Vathy). Trip duration is 25 minutes. Also there is daily coastal link with Kefalonia and Ithaka.
You can reach Meganisi by plane through Aktio and then by car up to Nydri.
Meganisi has tree ports: at Vathy, at Spilia and at Atherinos. There you can dock your boat and be provided with electricity and water.
