Kasos is the southern island of Dodecanessos with many natural beuaties and sharp small mountains. Fry is the capital and the port of the island. The houses maintain the old architecture of stone-built mansions. Fry has many sights among which is the Iroon of 1821 Monument and the archaeological collection.
The village of Aghia Marina has many mansions and houses owned by captains, balconies and yards with flowers. It is worth visiting the caves Ellinokamara and Selai. Among the mansions you will see graphic little churches and Arvanitochori. Emporios is a settlement of Kasos and Panagia is a holiday settlement with decorated balconies at the houses.

Also it is worth visiting the Monastery of Aghios Mamas which has mosaic and wooden temple. Next to the church operates a guest house and there is a well with water. The view from the monastery reaches Lebian Sea.

If you come to Kasos don't forget to taste "dolmadakia", meatloaf and "gemisto with paspara".
