Livanios house consists out of two 100 sqm floor apartments. The ground floor with its terrace and the upper floor with its balcony his wide view and its traditional wooden roofing. Both apartments are fully equipped, have two large sleeping rooms (the ground fllor with two double beds, one single and sleeps max 6 persons and the upper floor with one double and two singles sleeps 4). 
The spacious living room with table and chairs, sofa (ground floor sofabed), open kitchen and all utilities needed for a self catering holiday such as fridge/freezer, Cooker, Coffee m/c and much more, has a direct view to the castle and the old village and a side view to the sea.

Free AC in every room at the upper floor (the ground floor has A/C in the living room and fans in each sleeping room), TV and free WiFi.
The first bedroom has a large double bed with wide wardrobe and direct access to the terrace (ground floor) overlooking the castle. The second sleeping room has one double and one single bed with wardrobe and absolute privacy. (one double and two singles in the upper floor)The bathrooms (one in every apartment) are large and equipped with spa style bath.Cleaning and linen/towels change every 4 days is included in price!!

Livanios' house is ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea or to take long walks and discover some of the more than 360 chapels of the island as well as the remnants of the medieval castle and the old "Chorio" (village), the island's ancient capital, nowadays uninhabited, which lies at the foot of the castle.
